Gail has over 20 years experience in the Wellness/Fitness industry as a Certified Wellness Coach, Master Level Pilates Practitioner/Educator, Speaker/Presenter. Her workshops on Well-being are engaging and help attendees to identify and align with their Wellness wherever they are on their journey. As a Pilates Instructor, Gail specializes in working with the Active Aging Community, injuries & Special Conditions and helping anyone move with ease.
